Study of surface properties and interfacial adhesion characteristics of pavement materials, effects of material modifications on their adhesive bond strength, and moisture sensitivity of these materials.

Currently working towards the production of sustainable pavement materials by utilizing renewable energy resources. Future research plans include development of a technique to improve the adhesion characteristics of aggregates.

  • The program was implemented by ‘Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency’ under a USAID funded project
  • 25 postgraduate students were selected from throughout the country for the program.
  • Worked with ‘Senate Standing Committee on Communications and Railways’ on issues related to public transport system in Pakistan, attended senate sessions and committee meetings, and had one to one meetings with different parliamentarians which helped in developing good interpersonal and communication skills
