PhD and Postdoc Work:

Dual port microstrip patch antennas and circuits with high interport isolation  for in-band full duplex (IBFD) wireless applications

  • Double differential fed patch antenna with more than 95dB isolation at 2.4GHz
    • 90dB interport isolation for 20MHz bandwidth.
    • 80dB interport RF isolation for 10dB impedance bandwidth of 50MHz.
  • Differential fed slot coupled antenna with more than 85dB isolation at 2.4GHz
    • Around 75dB interport RF isolation for 10dB impedance bandwidth of 50MHz.
    • almost 80dB interport isolation for 20MHz bandwidth.
    • DC isolated ports
  • Around 70dB interport isolation for 50MHz bandwidth has been obtained by single layer differential fed antenna.
  • Almost same performance has been achieved by single layer differential fed antenna with microstrip-T feeds for DC isolated ports .
